1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on tetarituals.dk .
By placing an order on our webshop, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Prices
All prices on tetarituals.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT (25%).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price of your order is the one in effect at the time of ordering.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- MobilePay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payment will be debited from your account when the order is placed.
All payments are made via secure encryption through Shopify Payments.
4. Delivery
Delivery time: We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment.
Delivery time is normally 2-5 business days in Denmark after dispatch.
Shipping costs:
- Standard delivery to parcel shop from 39 kr

Free shipping when purchasing 3 boxes or more
Delivery area: We deliver to all addresses in Denmark.
Responsibility: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
TÉTA is responsible for your order until it is delivered to the specified address. If the package is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
According to Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Conditions for withdrawal:
- The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- You must inform us of your wish to return within 14 days.
How to cancel: Send an email to info@tetarituals.dk with your order number and a message that you want to return.

Return costs: You are responsible for the costs of returning the item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund: We will refund the full amount (minus any shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Right of complaint (24 months)
You have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@teta.com .
Conditions:
- The fault must not be due to incorrect use or storage.
- You must be able to document the purchase (order confirmation)
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use
- Products that have been opened and used (applies to foods such as tea)
7. Personal data policy
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

8. Storing tea
Tea should be stored cool, dry and protected from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and flavor.
We recommend storing the tea in our refillable boxes or in an airtight container.

10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to Danish law.
