Delivery

Delivery time: We pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days.

Delivery time is normally 2-5 business days in Denmark, after dispatch.

Shipping costs:

  • Standard delivery to parcel shop from 39 kr
  • Free shipping when purchasing 3 boxes or more

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.

Delivery area: We deliver to all addresses in Denmark.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

14-day right of withdrawal: You have 14 days to withdraw from your order from the day you receive it.

How to return:

  1. Send an email to info@tetarituals.dk with your order number.

  2. Pack the product securely in original packaging.

  3. Send the package to:

    TÉTA Thorslundsvej 3 5000 Odense C

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • You pay for return postage yourself (unless the item is defective)

Refund: We will refund the full amount within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@tetarituals.dk with your order number and pictures of the damage.

We will provide a quick replacement or refund.
